Statement On The Announcement Of Nancy Yates Departure As Nationalist House Press Secretary

October 11, 2025 - Today I learned that our beloved Nationalist House Press Secretary and Friend Nancy Yates has announced that she is departing our Administration in June, as plans for her to take on the role as the Executive Director of the Nexus Network. 

As she prepares to depart our administration, we honor the work she has done to further and push forward our agenda, informing the Jesstopian people, and creating a dynamic political discourse among journalist and the government.

We will obviously miss having her on our team and the hard work she does every day to get our administration's messages, policy positions and other administrative information in front of the Jesstopian people. I am beyond grateful for her service to our country, and serving with passion, honesty, and integrity since assuming this enormous responsibility nearly one year ago.

We will continue to work with her until her last day, which is scheduled to take place sometime in June. She will very much be a key player in selecting her successor. We will continue to update the press about potential candidates and when the time comes, her successor.
