September 13, 2025 - As political violence continues to rise in the US and abroad, and in an effort to prevent the senseless killing of key political activists as we witnessed on September 10, 2025, of the brutal assassination of Conservative Political Activist Charles. This act will:

1. Make killing (any) person, with the intent to silence their speech an immediate federal death penalty.

2. Make killing any (political activist/figure) an immediate federal death penalty. 

3. Prevent further(political violence) cases ineligible from being appealed after a conviction by a Federal judge. 

4. Allow family members of a (politically motivated killing) to pursue physical assets and financial control to cover the costs, inflicted by a victims family and to cover the family's expenses. 

5. Allow the family of a (victim of political violence, hereinafter referred to as "PV"), to sue gun manufacturers and sellers, if they are found to have violated Federal identification and application requirements.
