State Of The Union

The State Of The Union Address is a national address given by the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia annually to update Congress and the Jesstopian people on the state of the country. Issues that are commonly discussed include the Economy, Homeland Security, Defense, Social Progress and Infrastructure. The President can only deliver the address to a Joint session of Congress at the invitation of the House Speaker.
