President Laylin Warns Colleges To Not Allow LGBTQ Related Materials On Campuses
September 28, 2025
From The Executive Office Of The
President Of The United States Of Jesstopia
To
Colleges, Universities And Secondary Educational Institutions Funded In Whole or Part by the Federal Government Of The United States Of Jesstopia
Effective October 1, 2025, Colleges, Universities, and Secondary Education Institutions will begin losing funding if they refuse to follow Government directives banning Transgender and LGBTQ-related materials, symbols or other items related to LGBTQ in classrooms and will lose the following:
Federal Funding starting October 1, 2025
Access to Federal Education Resources
Access to specialized funding from State governments granted by the Federal Government.
To ensure complete cooperation I have directed my Department Of Education, through 300.373 and 300.374, to begin inspecting college campuses unannounced at any time as well as implement strict financial penalties on colleges and universities that do not comply up to and including termination of federal grants.
There is no place for gay and transgender themed books to be shown or discussed in learning institutions. This order will also give parents the right to sue any federally funded College or University that engages in or pushes LGBTQ learning materials onto students.
Further harsh penalties will be announced at a later date, and we will continue to give directives to the Department Of Education regarding this matter.
Signed,
Jay Laylin
President Of The United States Of Jesstopia
