President Laylin Responds To Suprem Court LGBTQ Bans And Funding Holds Ruling
November 23, 2025 - I have just seen that the Supreme Court, who is filled with Liberal judges ruled that my bans on transgender content being shown in schools is unconstitutional. They also ruled that my funding holds for non-compliant schools is also unconstitutional.
As I have said, I will not stop fighting for our nation's children and prevent perverts like the members of the transgender community from brainwashing our kids and make sure the community doesn't take over the country. With that being said, I will continue to work to do what I can to safeguard are students schools and make sure liberalism does not effect our children's abilities to learn, grow and become functioning members of society.
The liberal Supreme Court also ruled in favor of allowing children to be taught that they can be born in the wrong which is 100% wrong. I call on the Supreme Court to reconsider its decision.
To the parents that are heavily disappointed, let me just tell you that this fight is not over. We will work to criminalize any LGBTQ materials in schools that show sexually explicit material, as a general regulatory measure which would allow us to prevent the showing of sexual or genitalia.
I am angry that our kids will have to go to school and see these postings all over their classroom walls. I am working with Attorney General of the United States Of Jesstopia Brian Wallard who is fighting to find legal loopholes in the Supreme Court's ruling.
All funding holds will remain in effect until further notice, regardless of the 30 day requirement set by the Supreme Court. Schools will still need to find their own funding until a tentative agreement between our Department of Education and these schools are made.
I have made it very clear to schools, colleges, universities and other education institutions that I will not compromise on the material bans. Until schools work with my Administration to ban these materials, they will not see a lick of funding. The only way forward is for school compliance.
The fight continues.
Signed,
Jay Laylin
President Of The United States Of Jesstopia
