Bans On Schools Participating In Any LGBTQ Activity, Club, or Discussion

January 5, 2025 - President Jay Laylin issued the following statement regarding Executive Action 0005.

As part of my administration's policy to promote traditional family values and tradition biological sex views, I signed Executive Action 0005, which will temporarily ban(until a permanent ban can take place), schools from participating in LGBTQ discussions, presentations, promotions, activities, clubs and sporting events, and any other activity related to or for the community. This is to protect school age children.

I also directed the Department Of Education to create a complaint form that students, parents and other officials can use to report any of the banned material that may be discovered, witnessed or discussed with the specific individual. This will be a criminal offense based on Executive Order 300.101 through 300.103.

These orders are legal by means of Executive Authority of the President Of The United States Of Jesstopia under Title IX, Subsection 39,40,41 and 42, of the Presidential Code of Executive Powers and Authorities.

Therefore these bans will remain in effect until 2 years from the date this order is published, meaning that this temporary ban will expire on January 5, 2027. Schools who fail to comply will receive harsh penalties including but not limited to the following:

We must protect our school age children and those who are most at risk for exploitation by the groups that hide behind the facade of the LGBTQ community. We will continue to do what we must to protect our children, and that means hurting the feelings of a group of people.

Signed,

Jay Laylin

President Of The United States Of Jesstopia
